Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination

Policy on Forced Labour
Business partners shall not engage in any form of slavery, forced, bonded, indentured, trafficked or involuntary labor. Business partners must give workers the right to leave their jobs and to freely terminate the employment relationship upon reasonable notice to the employer.
Policy on Child Labour
Business partners comply with this Principle and do not employ, directly or indirectly, children below the minimum age for completion of compulsory statutory education, i.e., at least 15 years of age, unless exceptions recognized by the International Labour Organization apply.
Policy on Hours of Labour
Business partners adhere to this principle and, without prejudice to the specific expectations listed herein, ensure that workers do not work more than 48 hours per week. Overtime must be exceptional, voluntary, paid at a rate not less than 1.25 times the wage for normal working hours, and must not create a significantly increased likelihood of occupational hazard. In addition, business partners shall grant workers the right to rest during each working day and at least one rest day out of every seven days, unless there are exceptions under the applicable collective agreement.
Policy on Coercion and Harassment
Business partners must ensure that workers are not subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and/or abuse. All disciplinary proceedings must be in writing and verbally explained to the worker clearly and easily.
Policy on Compensation
In the event of any breach of the obligations in this Agreement, the Confident shall pay a penalty to the Company in an amount equivalent to 50 percent of the purchase value of the goods concerned and in the event of a continuing breach, for each month in which the breach occurs. The preceding provision shall not affect any other claims of the Company resulting from the relevant breach.
Policy on Health and Safety
Business partners abide by this Principle and respect the right of workers and local communities to healthy working and living conditions, without prejudice to the specific expectations listed herein. Vulnerable individuals such as, but not limited to, young workers, women during and after pregnancy, and persons with disabilities should receive special protection. Business partners should comply with occupational health and safety regulations or international standards when domestic legislation is weak or poorly enforced.
Policy on Concern for the Environment
Business partners comply with these Principles and, without prejudice to the specific expectations set out in this section, take the necessary measures to avoid environmental degradation. Business partners should assess the significant environmental impact of their operations and establish effective policies and procedures that reflect their environmental responsibility.
Policy on Sensitive Transactions
Business partners abide by these Principles and, without prejudice to the objectives and expectations set forth in this section, do not engage in any act of corruption, extortion or embezzlement, or any form of bribery, including but not limited to the promise, offer, payment or acceptance of any improper money or other advantages.

Confidential or Proprietary Information
Confidential Information shall include, and shall be deemed to include, all information conveyed by the Company to the Confidant orally, in writing, by demonstration, or by other media. Confidential Information shall be considered as such at the time of transmittal.

Business partners should not participate in the falsification of such information or any misrepresentation in the supply chain.
Policy on Monitoring
Business partners abide by these Principles and, without prejudice to the objectives and expectations set forth in this section, do not engage in any act of corruption, extortion or embezzlement, or any form of bribery, including but not limited to the promise, offer, payment or acceptance of any improper money or other advantages. Business partners are required to maintain accurate information about their activities, structure and performance and to disclose it in accordance with applicable regulations and industry practices.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be submitted to the People's Court of Ningbo Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone for litigation settlement.

Sample Policy
We will provide free samples of products upon customer's request. To help us decide favorably on sample requests, we ask interested customers to send comprehensive buyer information for our review. All sample shipments will be either by air or by sea, with taxes and shipping costs paid by the customer.
Guarantee
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of any product found to be defective under normal use.
